  • Free on orders over £95. All Duties & Customs paid - you will not be charged extra fees upon delivery. Please allow 2 - 4 business days.


  • Shipping within the EU on orders above €400 is free. Shipping on orders below €400 is charged at €15 per order. Please allow 3 - 5 business days. 

Rest of World 

  • Shipping on orders above €400 is free. Shipping on orders below €400 is charged at €30 per order. Please allow 5 - 7 business days. 


Simply email with your query & we will organise a refund, exchange or gift card. Refunds are processed when your return is received by us, we cannot accept responsibility for delays with couriers getting items back to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your order number in your correspondence to us. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form which we kindly ask you to fill out and include in the return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and packages sent back without the return form cannot be accepted. We will let you know when the package will be collected by our nominated courier.

Damages and issues
If an item is damaged or faulty, please include images of the item in your correspondence to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
