Refund policy

Free 30-day returns (Ireland & UK)

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery. For orders delivered in Ireland and the UK, we'll arrange free DPD collection. Items must be unused, resalable and in their original packaging.

Returns from other countries
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first; return postage is paid by the customer.

How to return an item
Email info@amurelle.com with your order number. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.

Refunds
We'll let you know once your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Exchanges
Contact us with your order number if you'd prefer an exchange and we'll arrange it.

Damaged or faulty items
Contact us with your order number and photos if an item arrives damaged or faulty.

Gift cards
Gift cards cannot be returned.
