EU

  • Shipping within the EU on orders above €400 is free. Shipping on orders below €400 is charged at €15 per order. Please allow 3 - 5 business days. 

Rest of World 

  • Shipping on orders above €400 is free. Shipping on orders below €400 is charged at €30 per order. Please allow 5 - 7 business days. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your order number in your correspondence to us. 

Cotton Bedding, Pillows and Duvets are covered under a 1 Year Warranty, meaning Amurelle guarantees these items are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 Year from Date of Purchase in accordance with PROPER CARE as outlined below.

PROPER CARE, as outlined on Amurelle's care page, is required to maintain your warranty.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: (a) change in comfort preference over time, (b) product that is not cleaned in accordance with the product’s care label instructions, or (c) damage resulting from abuse or improper care, or normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty. 

If your product qualifies for the warranty, Amurelle will replace the product with the same or a similar product or provide a refund at its discretion.

Linen Bedding is covered under a 2 Year Warranty, meaning Amurelle guarantees these items are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 Years from Date of Purchase in accordance with PROPER CARE as outlined below.
