Free 30-day returns are available in Ireland and the UK. We'll arrange free DPD collection within 30 days. Items must be unused, resalable and in their original packaging.

Cotton bedding, pillows and duvets are covered by a 1-year warranty, meaning Amurelle guarantees these items are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase in accordance with proper care as set out in our care guide.
Proper care, as outlined on Amurelle's care page, is required to maintain your warranty.
This warranty does not cover: (a) change in comfort preference over time, (b) product that is not cleaned in accordance with the product’s care label instructions, or (c) damage resulting from abuse or improper care, or normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty.
If your product qualifies for the warranty, Amurelle will replace the product with the same or a similar product or provide a refund at its discretion.
Linen bedding2-year warranty
Linen bedding is covered by a 2-year warranty, meaning Amurelle guarantees these items are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase in accordance with proper care as set out in our care guide.
